We’re looking for a driven and proactive Account Executive who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and delivering top-notch service to our customers. As an Account Executive at eDesk, you’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and expanding our customer base. YOUR ROLE AT EDESK
Drive new business acquisition by identifying, prospecting, and closing high-value deals.
Conduct engaging product demos and lead prospects through a consultative sales process.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of eDesk’s products, the e-commerce industry, and market trends to position our solutions effectively.
Generate and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities, ensuring consistent progress towards sales targets.
Leverage AI tools and CRM systems to track sales activities, optimise workflows, and enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with Marketing and SDR teams to refine lead-generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
Engage with key stakeholders and decision-makers within prospect organisations to understand their needs and position eDesk as the ideal solution.
Represent eDesk at industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to build brand awareness and generate leads.
Act as a mentor and positive influence for junior/new team members, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
