Your mission
We are expanding our presence in Dublin and are on the hunt for a results-driven Sales Lead with a keen focus on coaching and process management. The ideal candidate will not only lead the team to meet sales targets but will also ensure that processes in HubSpot and other tools are rigorously followed to maintain data integrity and support sustainable growth. This role will involve hands-on coaching, meticulous tracking, and analysis of key metrics and regular audits of call recordings and CRM inputs.
Your Role at eDeskTeam Coaching & Development
Actively coach and mentor sales team members to develop their skills and performance.
Build the team out to deliver the business goals and metrics.
Support team members in understanding and meeting their KPIs, setting clear expectations for success and helping them deliver the highest commission possible.
Address team challenges, motivate members, and foster a culture of accountability and achievement.
Conduct regular call reviews to provide feedback on customer interactions and identify areas for improvement.
Review all key deals and support the team to go from nurture to close.
Onboarding & training new team members.
Process Management
Oversee adherence to HubSpot processes, ensuring all required fields are completed accurately and consistently.
Regularly audit CRM entries to maintain data integrity and improve accuracy of forecasting and reporting.
Review and optimise processes in HubSpot, ensuring alignment with best practices and business objectives.
Performance Tracking & Analytics
Make the weekly results visible across the business.
Monitor and analyse key performance metrics such as conversion rates, pipeline, and close ratios to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
Provide insights to senior management on team performance and recommend actions to enhance sales effectiveness.
Use HubSpot and other tools to ensure accurate tracking of activities and outcomes.
Sales Strategy Execution
Ensure activity levels are in place weekly to deliver the numbers.
Lead the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on messaging, product features, and customer needs.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to keep the team agile and competitive.
Forecast sales outcomes and create reports on sales performance for senior management.
