We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to help drive the ongoing growth of the organization. You will be working in a highly skilled Product team, where you will receive the opportunities and support to cultivate your skills each day, whilst making important contributions.
This role will offer you a variety of opportunities and challenges, serving as an excellent kick-start to your career in SaaS product management.
What You Will Do:
Conduct Competitor and Customer Research: Perform detailed research on competitor products and customer usage.This involves direct interactions with customers to gather and prioritize actionable insights.
Develop Content: Create knowledge base articles and customer-facing videos to support new product initiatives, enhancing user understanding and engagement.
Coordinate Beta Testing: Lead beta testing for new features, responsibilities include organizing customer calls, documenting feedback, and providing necessary reports.
Support Quality Assurance: Participate in pre-launch testing and post-launch validation of new features, ensuring a seamless user experience across our releases.
Ad-hoc Analytical Tasks: Build and manage custom analytics dashboards, perform subjective quality testing, and conduct health-checks to support continuous improvement of our products.
