Your mission

We are looking for a Junior Product Manager to help drive the ongoing growth of the organization. You will be working in a highly skilled Product team, where you will receive the opportunities and support to cultivate your skills each day, whilst making important contributions.

This role will offer you a variety of opportunities and challenges, serving as an excellent kick-start to your career in SaaS product management.

What You Will Do:

  • Conduct Competitor and Customer Research: Perform detailed research on competitor products and customer usage.This involves direct interactions with customers to gather and prioritize actionable insights.

  • Develop Content: Create knowledge base articles and customer-facing videos to support new product initiatives, enhancing user understanding and engagement.

  • Coordinate Beta Testing: Lead beta testing for new features, responsibilities include organizing customer calls, documenting feedback, and providing necessary reports.

  • Support Quality Assurance: Participate in pre-launch testing and post-launch validation of new features, ensuring a seamless user experience across our releases. 

  • Ad-hoc Analytical Tasks: Build and manage custom analytics dashboards, perform subjective quality testing, and conduct health-checks to support continuous improvement of our products.

Your profile

You must:

  • Have completed an undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Computing, or a similar field.

  • Be proficient with modern office tools such as Google Suite and Slack and have confidence using product management tools like Jira and Confluence.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.

  • Possess a meticulous attention to detail, striving for perfection in every task.

  • Be proactive and eager to learn, showing initiative and readiness to engage with new challenges.

Ideally, you also have:

  • Experience in a technology company, preferably in roles related to Support, Customer Success, Quality Assurance, or Product.

  • Familiarity with the eCommerce environment and understanding of agile product development lifecycle concepts.

  • Knowledge of event-based analytics and competency with tools like Mixpanel and Postman.

  • Experience supporting sales calls and understanding of RESTful APIs.
