Who are you:
You are dynamic with high-energy and are looking for a chance to work in a high growth SaaS business. You have great communication and relationship building skills and a natural aptitude for assessing what a prospect’s pain points are and bringing them on the journey of the benefits our products can bring.
What you will do:
- Research prospective customers in order to be best prepared to provide a personalised sales pitch & demonstrate an understanding of your prospect’s industry, priorities and challenges.
- Articulate the eDesk product suite business value proposition to decision makers to assess buying interest.
- Shine a spotlight on gaps in your prospects current approach and bring them around to your way of thinking to evolve curiosity into interest while at the same time qualifying for fit.
- Schedule & work with trials to turn them into happy customers - using your product knowledge and consultative approach to ensure optimal setup.
- Once a lead is qualified, provide a white glove onboarding service to our customers to ensure the highest level of adoption and product engagement.
- Manage, track, and report on all customer activities and results using CRM systems.
- Consistently achieve KPIs
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Prior sales prospecting experience
- Fluent in English & German
- Willingness to make 50+ outbound customer touches per day to warm leads
- Self-starter, ability to build and nurture relationships with sales prospects
- Problem-solving ability, analytical skills, and business judgment
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated desire to learn in a rapidly growing and dynamic startup environment
- Ability to learn and apply product knowledge to sales calls and pursuits
- Ability to build consistent new revenue pipeline
- Possess a 'can do' attitude and a growth mindset
